Capacity: 10 cubic meters of helium

Cylinder Deposit: HK$2,000
Refundable within 2 working days upon return of the cylinder.
⚠️ Note: If the customer fails to settle the cylinder rental fee for more than 2 months, it will be considered as a purchase of the cylinder. The deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
Cylinder Monthly Rental Fee: HK$200/month
Rental is calculated on a monthly basis, with the billing cycle ending on the last day of each month, and the next cycle starting on the 1st of the following month.
Example: If the order is placed on Jan 8, the first billing cycle ends on Jan 30, and the next cycle starts on Feb 1.
Partial months are counted as a full month.
Inflator Nozzle Rental Fee: HK$100/month
Same billing cycle as the cylinder rental (end of month cut-off).
Inflator Nozzle Deposit: HK$800 (refundable within 2 working days upon return).
⚠️ Note: If the customer fails to settle the nozzle rental fee for more than 2 months, it will be considered as a purchase of the nozzle. The deposit will be forfeited and not refunded.
Delivery Fee: HK$200
Delivery does not cover locations requiring stairs or steep slope access.

⚠️ Precautions Before Using the Helium Tank
Before use, please ensure the black nozzle is tightly secured to prevent gas leakage when the valve is opened.
For a new tank, turn the valve only half a circle to open. This avoids excessive gas flow that may burst the balloon.
Place the balloon over the black nozzle and hold it firmly before inflating, otherwise helium may leak during the process.
Since foil balloons (Mylar balloons) are not elastic, do not overfill. Inflate to around 90% full to prevent bursting.
✅ Precautions After Using the Helium Tank
If helium remains, make sure to turn the valve tightly closed (clockwise).
Store the tank in a cool, shaded place, and never expose it to direct sunlight.
Unused helium can be safely stored for up to 1 year.
